In a rapidly iterative process collaborating with Dr. Dayna Long and the amazing FIND team at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland, Digable took a vision and actualized it into a cloud based, HIPAA compliant platform. FINDconnect is used every day in clinic, working to achieve health equity for all children and improve life outcomes for low-income families by addressing the social determinants of health.
Data, Data, Data.
In order to determine the “why” there needs to be ample data. Every touchpoint collected can be reported against through a robust analytics platform built right into FINDconnect. The impact on families and the needs of the communities can be reported in real-time to help drive policy change for their benefit.

Digable was tasked with developing modular functionality to allow continued learning and research using the FINDconnect platform as a base. The resulting capability has allowed various ongoing research studies to be performed without having to wait. Pure agility!

Oakland’s Mayor Libby Schaaf recognizes the amazing efforts at Children’s hospital and the use of FINDconnect is being reviewed for her Brilliant Baby Initiative.
